Resolved Posts

Following the creation of a post on Neighbors, users have the option to mark their post as "resolved," which serves as a means to promptly inform residents that a specific incident is now considered closed or no longer active.


How to Resolve a Post

Step 1: From the Neighbors feed, click on your post

Step 2: Click the Incident Status toggle button

Step 3: Add a note about why this post is resolved and click Mark as Resolved

Your update will display on the post
