Resolved Posts

After creating a post on Neighbors, you are able to mark the post as resolved to help inform your residents that an incident is no longer open.


 How to Resolve a Post

Step 1: From the Neighbors feed, click on your post

Step 2: Click the Incident Status toggle button

Step 3: Add a note about why this post is resolved and click Mark as Resolved

Your update will display on the post

Resolved Post Examples

Resolved Safety Posts

Safety posts keep your neighbors up to date with local situations in their community. By resolving your post, you can let them know that a situation is taken care of and no longer needs attention.

Resolved Request for Assistance Posts

If you have a recent case that you requested assistance for, you can let your neighbors know that your case has been resolved and add commentary to the progress of your request.
