I am not able to create a post. I click the Post button but nothing happens. What’s going on?

New posts can take up to a minute to be processed, assuming you have a good connection speed. For slower connection speeds, it could take a few more minutes.

I created a post, but I don’t see it in my feed. Where is it?

Check the Incident Map to ensure the address you attached to the post is within the map view. If it’s not, you can zoom out to include the location of the address.

I see a 502 or 522 error when trying to access Neighbors Public Safety Service. How do I resolve it? 

Try clearing your cache and cookies from the web browser. See below for instructions based on your browser type:

I am not receiving any emails from NPSS. How do I resolve it?

If you are unable to receive emails from NPSS, have your IT department whitelist the following email addresses:
