I did not receive an email to reset my password.

1) Be sure that you are resetting your password from https://publicsafety.ring.com/. You cannot reset your password for NPSS on the Ring app, Neighbors app or Ring.com.

 

2) You can also check your spam folder


3) Request that your IT department add no-reply@publicsafety.ring.com to your safe senders list.
