I tried to add a user but received an error message stating their email is already in use. How can I create an account for this user?

This user is using a department email address for their personal Ring app account. This user will need to change their email address on the Ring app by following these directions. This must be done from the Ring app - it can’t be done from the Neighbors app or Ring website.

Once this step is completed, you can create their account.
